What a hectic day doing nothing except spending money!

I have always been an artist! Sometimes I wonder why when the rest of my family were good at maths and science. but not me!
I spent most of my childhood drawing and reading and when it came to exams, english and art were my favourite subjects.
I have been very lucky. A career first as a stage and costume designer in the theatre . Progressing to a production Set Designer for BBC television. Great times for many years !
However. times change! now I earn my living painting in the my studio. I love it ! I am a self publishing artist! I exhibit at exhibitions and turn my paintings into prints to sell on my website. www.lynda-kettle.com . Just in case you would like to have a look at it.
Today I have been collecting twenty prints (paying for) Collecting twenty frames (paying for) now I am putting them all together to exhibit in a restaurant. I hope that all the wonderful people munching their pasta and drinking their wine will look at my paintings and order a few. I think of it as being my own gallery space !
